Hi, I'm Eleanor.

I spent over a decade in fashion and retail, working my way from the shop floor through buying and into B2B sales at YKK, the world's largest zipper manufacturer. Along the way I managed client accounts, ran marketing campaigns, and got properly hands on with Salesforce, building dashboards, tracking pipelines, and using data to actually understand what customers needed. What I loved most was the relationship building, working out what someone actually wants and finding the right way to deliver it.

That part, the data, the systems, the problem solving behind the scenes, was always the bit I enjoyed most. So I started studying for my BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis in March, sitting my first exam while still working full time. In July I made the decision to leave fashion behind and commit to it properly, going on to complete my remaining exams and finishing my final one in December. I kept going from there: SQL, Google AI, Salesforce administration. Not because I had to, but because I genuinely wanted to understand how businesses actually work underneath the surface.

I'm now looking for a role where that decade of commercial instinct, knowing how to read a customer, build a relationship, and spot what's actually going on, can be paired with the analytical and technical skills I've been building since 2022.
